This Brooklyn-based band combines the rhythmic drive of southern old-time tunes with French Canadian and New England fiddle music; it's one of the most delightful musical experiences you'll ever have. Grand Picnic’s sound includes fiddle, piano, guitar, banjo, bass, mandolin, concertina, washboard and percussion.

Members are, from left to right, Michael Gorin ( fiddle) , Bill Peek ( piano, guitar and banjo), Marco Brehm ( bass), Sam Zygmuntowicz ( fiddle and mandolin), and Jody Kruskal ( concertina, washboard and percussion).
